All orders are express posted nationally and can arrive anywhere from 24 - 48 hours. (this depends on the reliability of Australia Post.) International orders are also express posted and usually take around 10 - 14 business days to arrive.

When our glue is unopened it lasts approximately 5 - 6 months and once its been opened it lasts about 2 - 3 months.

Classic Lashes are where we attach one lash extension onto one of your natural lashes. This creates a very natural and soft mascaraed look for your eyes. Wet Look Lashes are where we grab a small bunch of extensions with our tweezers and attach them onto one of your natural lashes. This creates more of a bolder/noticeable, but still natural look for your eyes. Hybrid Lashes are a mixture of Volume and Classic. So on one lash we attach one lash extension onto one of your natural lashes, and on the next lash we will grab a small bunch of lash extensions and make them into a fan shape before attaching them onto one of your natural lashes. This creates a fuller look on your eye but it isn't as full as a volume look. Volume Lashes are where we pick up a small bunch of light lashes and make them into a fan shape before attaching them onto one of your natural lashes. This creates a nice and full look for your eyes. However, they will never look heavy or overpowering on your face as we don't over extend our extensions in order to keep your lashes really healthy. Lash Extensions should last you until you have a new set of lashes grow through. Everyone loses between 1 - 5 natural lashes everyday of their lives. This means, everyone has a different hair growth cycle so someone with a fast hair growth cycle may have a new set of lashes grow through every 2 months, where others may be every 3 months. The extension should shed with your natural lash, meaning that when your natural lash sheds, the extension should still be attached to it.

That is absolutely your choice! There is no rules on whether or not you have to get refills. If you feel like getting a refill then you are more than welcome to, or if you would like to let them grow out then that is fine also! Just remember that if it has been more than 3 weeks since your last appointment, your next one is more than likely going to be a full set again rather than a refill as there may not be many lashes left.

NO! When applied correctly lash extensions will not wreck your natural lashes. We make sure we apply the perfect length and diameter of lash that suits your natural lashes and will ensure they stay healthy.

We take into account the shape of your eye, whether or not there is hooding, and what inspiration pictures you show us and from there we create a look that will make your eyes pop and frame your face perfectly.

Your lashes may look different than someone else as you may have a different eye shape or you may have shorter lashes than them which means we most likely aren't able to attach the same length to your lashes as we do to the other person. Some people also have more natural lashes than others so if your set isn't as full as someone else it may look different.

No! Having extensions applied should be a pain free experience. If you are feeling any discomfort then let your artist know and they will be able to help you.

Applying Lash Extensions can take anywhere from 1 hour and 15 minutes, up to 3 and a half hours. It really depends on the set you're getting. If you're getting a Classic set, they are the quickest and wont take as long to apply whereas a Volume set has the most work and detail to it as we hand make our fans so it can take anywhere up to 3 hours and 30 minutes.

We hand make our fans as that's what we find to stay fluffiest and have the best retention so you get good lasting out of your lashes!

Yes you can! We accommodate pregnancies by asking you to lay on your side and giving you multiple pillows to put under your belly and in-between your legs.

This varies on how many natural lashes the client has. We attach to any lash that is healthy, strong and suitable enough for an extension to be glued too. If you have a small baby lash that has just started growing then we will not attach to it in order for that lash to grow and become strong enough for us to attach to next time. This ensures your natural lashes stay healthy.

That depends on what set you got. We believe that you shouldn't need mascara after getting your lashes done because getting a set of extensions replaces you having to put mascara on everyday. However, you can put mascara on Classic Lashes if you feel that you wat or need to as it wont harm them or make them look funny. Just make sure that you are careful when taking off the mascara and you don't use an oil based product to do so and you avoid rubbing your eyes. If you get any other set of extensions though you should not put mascara on at all as mascara will close the fans we have put on your lashes and make them look less full and more dirty.

No! This is not a good idea as it can be very dangerous. You could poke your eye with sharp tweezers, have a reaction to the glue you're using as your eyes should always be washed before opening after having extensions applied, and it can damage the health of your natural lashes by cutting them or causing them to break or shed prematurely. This can lead to the lash never growing back. Extensions should always be applied by a trained Lash Artist.

A Lash Lift lasts for as long as your lash cycle lasts. We all shed 1 - 5 lashes everyday of our lives, keeping that in mind, this means you have a new set of natural lashes every 3 months or so and when your lashes that were lifted have grown out and shed, then your new set will come through. Those lashes will be just like your last but before they were lifted.

Yes! Any sort of lashes are suitable for a lash lift and if you have downward facing lashes that just makes for a better result at the end!

A Brow Lamination lasts for as long as your hair cycle lasts. Much like a lash lift, once your new brow hairs grow through they will grow back in the condition they were in before the lamination.

We use a hot wax that is meant for your bikini area so we know that it is extra gentle for your face and brows. We also always test it out on ourselves first so that we know its never too hot.

When you get a brow tint, sometimes you can get skin stain which makes your brows seem a bit darker and this lasts for around 2 - 3 days whereas the actual tint lasts around 2 - 3 weeks.

The dye will give you a skin stain also and that will last 1 - 2 weeks whereas the dye on the hair itself will last around 5 - 6 weeks.

No! We do a thorough consultation and draw up of all of our tattoos before going through with them and they will always be a bit darker on day 1 but they do fade about 50% by the time you are ready for your touch up in 6 - 8 weeks. The colour will only fade however, it will not turn a different colour or go orange or green.

After the first appointment, Cosmetic tattooing will need a touch up around 6 - 8 weeks later. After that, you will only need touch ups every 12 - 18 months due to fading.

No! Our spray tans have a bronze undertone which ensures that they will not turn green or orange at all.
